Late Arrival Policy:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Late arrivals disrupt all following bookings . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Drugs & Alcohol Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we maintain a strict policy regarding intoxication. Any guest who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry to the escape room and no refund will be provided. This policy is enforced at the sole discretion of our staff, and all decisions are final. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone whose behaviour, appearance, or condition suggests intoxication.

What to Know Before You Escape: FAQs

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your booking without notice will result in no refund.
  • You may reschedule your booking once, at no cost, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

The challenge is straightforward: you’ll be ‘locked’ in a room with a mix of tricky puzzles, riddles, and brainteasers to solve. It’s all about using teamwork, sharp thinking, and a bit of ingenuity to crack the codes and escape. Some tasks will push you harder than others, so there’s a little something to challenge everyone. But don’t expect any spoilers—we’re keeping the details under wraps, so you’ll have to rely on your skills, not google!

No, not at all. You’ll be given a full briefing before stepping into the room, and once inside, the door will close behind you to start the experience. That said, you’re free to leave whenever you like—we’re not here to trap you, just to challenge you!

You’ll have up to 60 minutes in the room, but the goal is to escape as quickly as possible. Make sure to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to keep everything running smoothly.How many?

Cluedo: Capacity 2-8 adults Kids maximum capacity 10 (This must include an adult if under 12s are present, minimum age 8)

The Resurrectionist: Capacity 2-8, minimum age 12

If you’re part of a bigger group that would exceed the room capacity, you can book multiple rooms so your teams can compete against each other!

There is on street parking around the premises as well as College Street Car Park and Union Square Car Park, both just a quick 5 minute walk away.
